    As a key member of our team at Future Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure the highest level of technical proficiency among our customers.


    About the Job

    • You will develop organize conduct traditional classroom instruction as well as maintenance training to officer level train on operational employment o fAeigis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) components review USN ACSCaps Capabilities Limitations integrate conceptualize execution Doctrine optimizes ship's CS capability limitation tactical environment observe assess sailor ability comply approved procedures provide formal appraisal recommendations improvement method maintain tech tact proficiencies Course Reviews updates conducts gap analysis provides feedback recommendation improves via NKO COP Documents trained specifics individual areas watch station responsibility generation formal assessment measure success written report Develops tests maintains delivers moderately complex Aeigs traingr progams related matirals supports ATRC taining objectives Establishes reviews course content objects Conducts sessions develops evaluating effectiveness activities Maintains records activties participant progress program efectiveness Maintains current knowledge assigned technologies Requirements Seven years expereince required system maintenance technician supervisor operator supserisor responsbility teach applicable system function task others journeyman leavel trennring envronment Of seven one year experice instructor navy trenning enviroment presentation skills public speakinf maintanence writng leani objecitve prepering test items evaluatin instrukctiral materials results instructio counseling students academic learnin probelm Additional qualification NEC 1148/V28A FCS/ORTS COTS V23A MILSPEC or /1095 MS TACAP
