Job summary
The Director of Compliance and Client Access is responsible for minimizing risk and leading the risk management quality management regulatory compliance data reporting activities of the entire agency.This position maintains a comprehensive risk management quality management program including developing monitoring evaluating risk management plans client outcome measurements assuring all regulatory contractual data reporting requirements are met.
Minimum Qualifications Master degree minimum five years experience healthcare governmental setting certification compliance regulatory affairs related field minimum five years experience quality assurance risk exposure legal roles demonstrated supervisory managerial experience Preferred Qualifications JD degree education in
