On Course Shuttle Driver

Job Purpose

Successfully transport players and caddies using the 8 passenger shuttle cart from the 4th

green to the 5th tee after a warm and friendly greeting. In the process of transporting the

Shuttle Driver must not disrupt play on the 4th or 5th hole. Service with the thought of

enhancing our customer's satisfaction and incorporating the Erin Hills Mission Statement

goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility: 8 Passenger Shuttle cart.

Transport players and caddies from the 4th green to the 5th tee.

Avoid disrupting play on the 4th hole and 5th tee while transporting.

Maintaining a positive interaction with our customers is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this job description.

Handle all guest requests, solve issues, and make best judgments as needed as they occur.

In some instances, may be asked to stay a few minutes later than shift end if traffic is high.

Work Conditions: Frequent sitting and some down-time which may be required for periods of time. Qualifications

Will be expected to have a clean appearance while on property, including uniform.

Position requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
