We have a professional opportunity for you The MST Coach is a specialized Case Planner role with a concentration of the MST-FIT model of service.The position supports youth and families by wrapping services to ensure successful discharge.

- Demonstrates fidelity to the agency's service values and organizational imperatives.
- Provides aftercare support to cases transitioning to trial discharge, using MST-FIT model of treatment/therapy.
