    Class A CDL Home weekends

    **Description**

    **Full-Time** | Current as of Mar 2, 2022

    We are a small family-owned company with 40 trucks. Our recruiter is a former driver as well as a few of our dispatchers, so we have people who have been in your postion.

    Responsibilities include:

    Thorough pre-trip on the equipment.

    Maintaining an accurate and legal ELD.

    Work closely with your driver manager.

    Maintain a positive attitude with customers.

    Keep safety and dispatch informed of any incidents.

    LTL - Pickup & Delivery

    **Requirements**

    Valid Class A CDL

    1 year OTR experience

    Must pass pre-employment drug screen

    Minimum of 22 years of age

    No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

    No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the past 3 years

    **Pay and Benefits**

    $1000 Sign-on Bonus

    Major Medical, Dental, & Vision

    6 paid holiday

    $1400-$1600 Gross Weekly

    Safety Bonus every 1/4 (Possiblility of $650 total per year)

    $500 Referral Bonus after 90 days of employment

    Clean Level 1 Inspections $50

    We have 2017 or newer Freightliners, that are governed at 70 mph

    After 1 year of employment, raise of $.05 cpm
