- Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation. Skills: Two years of experience
- Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) - Required
- NY State Office of Professionals Registered License - Preferred
- Primary Source Verification - required
- AHA BLS - required Schedule Notes:
- Required Experience: (Skills, Past work experience) -Registered Dietitian (RD) certification -
- Acute care experience -Experience providing enteral/parenteral nutrition recommendations.
