    Description

    Client Experience Specialist (Licensed)

    The Client Experience Specialist is a service-minded professional who manages all non-licensed and limited-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, creating a seamless experience for agents, consumers, and deal parties. Part of a collaborative team enhancing business by eliminating friction and simplifying transactions.

    Key success factors: multitasking, problem-solving, effective communication with agents clients third-parties internal operations providing confidence in reliable skilled hands in 100% remote environment supporting various markets primarily Maryland Eastern time zone ideal candidate able work this position

    • Perform administrative tasks for real estate agents
    • Manage contractual dates deadlines ensure timely efficient accurate transaction closure ensuring licensed tasks drafting addendums amendments collaborate agent services department others proper documentation compliance systems provide updates continuously stakeholder point-of-contact throughout closing obtaining needed clear-to-close processing full end-end entering expenses verifying accuracy preparing commission invoices calculating finalizing payouts resolving discrepancies proactively timely accurate agent payouts prioritize positive engaging attitude create seamless experience
