    Lead UI Developer


    Job Description:
    We are looking for a skilled Lead Full Stack UI Developer to join our dynamic team.
    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in , , and AWS.

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications with a proven track record of leading projects and implementing solutions that are both effective and scalable.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship along with hands on development.

    Develop user-facing features using
    Build and maintain backend services with
    Design and implement scalable applications on AWS infrastructure
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
    Implement security and data protection solutions
    Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
    Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Proven experience with and

    Solid understanding of AWS cloud services

    Min 3+ yrs of Leadership experience is must

    Experience with Angular or React
    Experience with Javascript or Typescript


    Location:
    Richmond, VA or Plano, TX - Hybrid onsite role


    Salary Range:
    The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $140,000 annually.

    Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
