    This is not a remote position, candidates will be required to work at onsite.

    DUTIES:


    Work with the Business Information Systems (BIS) team to enhance the Districts operational efficiency by implementing, developing, and supporting quality IT software solutions.

    Support the Districts suite of software applications.
    Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
    Implement IT projects that meet defined business requirements.
    Manage the implementation of new applications or system updates.
    Manage security for specific applications.
    Development of custom forms and reports as required.
    Plan and execute system administration activities for enterprise platforms.
    Plan and support application integration and verify data integration.
    Create and execute test plans.
    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including specifications, user manuals, diagrams, and process flows.
    Identify solutions to end-user requests for support and resolve technical problems.
    Promote a self-service support culture.
    Handle additional duties and special projects in support of the BIS team.
    Report to the Business Information Systems Manager.
    Perform related work as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Alternately at least five years of experience in relevant field will be considered.
    Familiarity with project management and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    Familiarity with database management systems.
    Familiarity withdatabase normalization.
    Familiarity with application security and authentication.
    Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Sharepoint Online administration is preffered.
    Familiarity with MicrosoftPower Platform is preferred.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
    Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
    Familiarity with Jupiter notebooks and Git version control.
    Familiarity with low code/no-code patterns and tools.
    Familiarity with ERP systems like MUNIS, Salesforce, or Workday is preffered.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Demonstrated success working independently and collaboratively.
    Adept at effectively managing multiple priorities in a high-demand environment.
    Ability to facilitate meetings using communication and presentation software.
