    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a(an) Hospice RN where your knowledge and expertise will be valued.

    • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, recognizing standards of practice, and establishing company policies and procedures.
    • Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
    • Participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting identified needs to the interdisciplinary group, including Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services –Hospice, and Chaplain.
    • Provide appropriate pain/symptom management.

    Requirements

    • Registered Nurse licensure.
    • Driver's license.
    • Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.

    Candidates with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient interactions will excel in this role.

    Hospice & Family Care provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support for patients and families throughout their journey.
