Dedicated to patient education, prevention, and early detection, the practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology and prioritizes continuous professional development to inspire confidence and promote lifelong wellness.
Their professional team cultivates a nurturing, collaborative environment, building strong relationships with patients, families, and the community. As a primary care provider, Art of Optometry treats a diverse range of visual needs and maintains robust collaborative ties with local healthcare professionals and a visiting ophthalmologist, ensuring comprehensive care for conditions such as pathology, foreign bodies, and surgical co-management.

With office hours from Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and no operations on Fridays, evenings, or weekends, the team enjoys a healthy work-life balance while delivering top-quality eye care in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
What you'll do:
As the newest member of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering full-scope primary care optometry, addressing a wide array of visual needs and eye health concerns such as glaucoma, eye infections, and foreign body removal, while also co-managing LASIK and cataract surgical cases. You'll utilize a suite of advanced equipment, including Revolution EHR, Rendia patient education software, Topcon auto phoropters, Zeiss OCT, Humphrey visual field analyzers, iCare tonometry, digital fundus photography, and Prokera to provide comprehensive eye care and empower patients through effective education. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing between a part-time schedule of 20 hours or a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the preferred setup being an equal division of your time between two offices conveniently located just 30 minutes apart. Currently, patient volume ranges from 25 to 34 per day; by welcoming an additional doctor to the team, the goal is to reduce the daily patient care to approximately 20 to 25 patients. This adjustment will allow for more personalized, high-quality care and help foster a healthier work-life balance for all team members.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate is an easygoing professional who places a high priority on patient care and fosters a respectful, supportive environment for staff members. You excel at communicating with patients and take the time to clearly explain clinical findings and treatment options. You bring an approach that is vital for the practice's continued growth and reputation. Adaptability is key, as a successful candidate should be comfortable incorporating acute care patients into an already busy schedule without compromising the quality of service. Additionally, the practice values those who are eager to expand their expertise beyond clinical care. If you have a genuine interest in learning the business side of private practice and aspire to ownership or partnership in the future, your drive and initiative will be invaluable in shaping the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
