Headfarmer is looking for a Treasury/FP&A leader ready to make a significant impact at an industry leading client of mine here in Phoenix. The role will last a minimum of 6 months and the need is immediate.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our clients' VP of Finance in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements. This role is pivotal in spearheading financial transformation projects and optimizing treasury and finance operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance, serving as their right-hand person in executing various projects and initiatives.

-Lead the evaluation and enhancement of treasury and finance work streams, identifying and implementing best practices.

-Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance data quality and utilization.

Requirements:

-Leadership experience in treasury and finance within large companies.

-Proven track record in evaluating and improving work streams.

-Executive presence with strong communication and collaboration skills.

-Project management experience.

-Ability to propose and implement practical recommendations.

-Experience in financial transformation/change management projects.

-Working knowledge of BI tools.
