    The Metal Ware Corporation is a privately owned company located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Metal Ware has been manufacturing consumer products for over 100 years. You may know us best through our brands such as NESCO, Chard, and Grizzly. We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Pick, package, wrap, or band small packages for customer orders in a timely, organized, and accurate manner.
    • Pick merchandise for customer orders.
    • Process necessary stock transactions to maintain an accurate inventory.
    • Determine requested or "best way" of shipping.
    • Prepare orders for shipment.
    • Package, label, and stage product.
    • Weigh packages, and complete required paperwork.
    • Ship product per the customers' requests.
    • Receive and distribute incoming products, merchandise, etc.
    • Load and unload trucks and containers.
    • Carry out tasks assigned by the Department Team Leader.
    • Operate a forklift safely.
    • Promote Company Core Values.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work accurately with numbers.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
    • Must be reliable and dependable, in addition to above-average attendance.
    • Prior warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.
    • Prior forklift experience preferred.
