Job summary
Su responsabilidad incluye restaurantes/bares y servicio de habitaciones si corresponde. Supervisa las operaciones diarias del restaurante e asiste en la planificación de menús, mantiene los estándares de saneamiento y asiste a los camareros y anfitriones en el piso durante períodos de comidas pico. Se esfuerza por mejorar la satisfacción del huésped y el empleado continuamente y maximizar el rendimiento financiero en áreas de responsabilidad. Determina la capacitación necesaria para lograr objetivos, luego implementa un plan.
