Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager at Fulton Center

Job Description
Fulton Center is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team in Gloversville, NY. As an integral part of our facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a designated unit.

We are excited to announce a generous $7,500 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate.

Duties:

Supervise all activities within the assigned unit
Assist in the development and enforcement of employee policies and procedures
Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff, sharing both clinical expertise and career advice
Uphold the established standards of care for the unit
Conduct regular reviews of resident records and care quality
Monitor the overall well-being of residents and evaluate individual cases
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all medical documentation
Advocate for the unit's needs with senior management

Requirements:

Active State RN License
Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
Proficient in computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
