    Description

    **Title: Hardware Engineer**

    **Location: Mountain View CA**

    **Duration: Full Time**

    **Position Description:**

    **Design of compute PCBs for automotive systems.**

    **Work with component suppliers to select and support hardware solutions.**

    **Understanding the basics of SI/PI for board design**

    **A min of 7 years of HPC hardware development experience in embedded systems**

    **Support schematic and layout review; experienced with board signal integrity and avoiding EMI and acoustics issues for both power management and mixed signal routing.**

    **Support HW bring up and engineering validation.**

    **Support Platform/software team with IC implementation/application.**

    **Automotive Audio and Video expertise is desired.**

    **Experience in Power Management ICs (DC-DC controllers, Linear regulators, and Hot-swaps), ADCs and Precision DACs and design of active antialiasing filter and Mixed signal as a whole, Audio (Class G and Class D), Pro-grammable gain amplifiers, ADCs, Precision DACs, high speed Analog Switches, Audio**

    **Amplifiers, Ethernet switches, Powered Device Interface Controllers with Integrated Power MOSFET, Supervisors and Sequencers**

    **Validated above-mentioned**

    **Experienced with digital interfaces such as SPI, I2C, RS485, RS232, USB-PD and USB 2.0/3.0 protocols, SMBUS, and Ethernet**

    **Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation**

    **Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering**
