    The Company

Headquartered in downtown Chicago, OnCenter is a management consultancy that provides strategic advisory and implementation services to middle market and Fortune 500 companies.

Our consulting teams devise strategies alongside executive leadership teams and divisional leaders to grow existing products or services, enter new markets, and reshape industries.

Throughout the course of an engagement, we address key areas of underperformance and organizational resistance, explore new potential efficiencies, and more fully unlock the potential of people and teams.

Unlike many consultants, our engagements don't end with a PowerPoint deck, but rather by helping our clients actually get started on their new strategy.

    Benefits
    Health Insurance (PPO)
    401(k) Match
    Fitness Club Membership
    Generous Parental Leave
    Flexible Time Off
    Hybrid Work Environment

When our team members are not meeting with clients and prospects, they are encouraged to work in-person in our Chicago office roughly three days per week.

We do not have a required in-person work policy, because we haven't needed one.

Our team loves coming into the office, while retaining the flexibility to work from home when it suits their needs, provided it does not materially interfere with their work.

When working remotely, teammates are expected to be reasonably available during work hours at least four days per week, while one day may be set aside for non-collaborative work.

Client-facing teammates may retain more flexibility with their schedules, so that travel or extended workdays do not result in a workload that is overly burdensome.

OnCenter's clients have a global footprint, requiring some teammates to host virtual meetings in the early morning or later evening, outside of typical business hours.

In these situations especially, teammates are encouraged to right-size their workdays to maintain a healthy balance of time dedicated to work vs.

other relationships and interests outside of work.
