responsibilities:

Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.

Implement new hardware, including firewalls, switches, wireless devices, and backup appliances.

Lead migration projects, such as data and server migrations.

Develop statements of work for projects, detailing required licensing and products.

Document all technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Provide technical support for escalated issues.
qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 5 years of experience

Education: High School (required)
skills:

Azure (3 years of experience is required)

Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (3 years of experience is required)

VMWARE (3 years of experience is required)

Windows (5 years of experience is required)
