We are looking for an NC Programmer to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings Operations team in Muscatine, Iowa. Team oriented with a desire to contribute to the success of manufacturing operations

Implement laser cutting and forming process that connects product engineering and operations to improve PPAP pass rate
Review machine capacities and balance work to reduce operator overtime
Program specials in an accurate and timely manner, understanding correct flow for units
Finalize schedules for next days run (inspection of parts run)

Basic PC software skills

Ability to work 2 nd shift on a 4/10 schedule (Monday -Thursday 2:45pm-1:15am)
