    We're on the lookout for a creative, highly motivated, results-oriented Brand Marketing Specialist to help drive and define the Warby Parker brand.

    In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to support the development, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns - with a focus on Product Launches, Insurance Growth, additional product expansion (such as lenses) and cross-departmental initiatives.

    With each project, you'll play a role in Warby Parker's success in transforming the eyewear industry while also demonstrating that for-profit companies can do good in the world.

    Support the development of marketing plans and seasonal strategies that create demand for products, strengthen brand awareness, and drive consumer advocacy and acquisitionAssist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, processes and integrated marketing plans for designated product launches by crafting compelling briefs, understanding each milestone and deliverable required, developing and managing timelines to ensure that our launches are on time and successfulOwn the creation of asset briefs, shot lists, sample assortment and photoshoot preparation for designated capsule, core and collaborationsAssist in coordinating marketing efforts across the organization (including with the Product Strategy, Ecom & Growth, Tech and Retail teams) by bringing strategic and creative ideas to execution and delivering concepts to consumers in support of our growth objectivesMonitor and record project metrics to ensure that we're meeting our goals and measuring results, complete project recaps and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaignsIdentify and assist in the optimization of processes to ensure on-strategy programs are executed on time and on budgetWho you are: Backed by at least 1+ years of experience in brand marketing or related function and 2+ years of relevant experienceA proactive team player, who can build community with both internal and external partnersA Warby Parker superfan who's committed to the spirit and intent of the company's core valuesA lightning-fast learner who's eager to glean new insights every single daySmart and organized (almost) to the point of neuroticismA go-getter with a willingness to take a proactive approach and drive projects to completionA problem solver with the ability to be adaptable, and to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAn exceptional communicator with a positive attitudeA process guru with high standards for operational excellenceA curious marketer who stays on top of industry trends, specifically how other brands are collaborating and creating unique experiencesNot on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
