- Minimum 5 years of full stack Exadata support
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Full stack patching of the Exadata appliance
- Extensive experience troubleshooting performance issues
- Understanding of the process for replacing failed components of the appliance
- At least 5 years of Oracle DBA experience
- Strong scripting skills
- Experience supporting Oracle Recovery Appliances
- Knowledge of golden gate is a plus
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- HS Diploma w/Oracle cert is ok
- Bachelor's preferred (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Previous financial institution experience is a plus
- Address Exadata hardware failures
- Apply Exadata patches
- Participate in rotating on-call off hours coverage
- Field customer requests
- Investigate performance issues

Location: Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX - Hybrid (3 days a week in office)
Duration: 08 Months Contract To Hire

Must be able to attend occasional All Hands Meetings
1st Shift M - F, 8-5 Hours, will stick to 40 hours and must be available to work nights and weekends.
