Full-timeSalary: $25 - $35 / hourHours: M-F 7am-5pm (varies) (on call rotation with other techs)
The following qualities required.
Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and effectively while adhering to company standards Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner Collaborate with dispatcher, service manager as well as other co-workers to optimize scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of service calls Strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring you are prepared with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to perform service calls efficiently GREAT Communication Skills Self-motivated Be a team player Be organized Be reliable Be on time Other Requirements:Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment Required: HVAC service: 2 years (minimum)
