Job summary
We are looking to add a Mechanical Maintenance Crew Member to our growing Mechanical Maintenance Department.As part of the Mechanical Maintenance Department, you will report to our Pump and Evap Assistant Supervisor and be responsible for operating carious types of pumps, conducting routine maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting and repairing pump-related issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
This is a fully on-site position supports our operations at our Corsicana TX facility.Skillfully handle different kinds of pumps such as centrifugal diaphragm and positive displacement pumps Conduct regular maintenance checks including lubrication and replacement of worn parts Diagnose fix issues with pump systems ensuring minimal downtime Strictly adhere to safety protocols guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment PPE Accurately document operations maintenance activities any incidents or repairs Work effectively with other team members communicate efficiently to ensure smooth operations Have a solid understanding of pump mechanics fluid dynamics potentially electrical systems related to pumps Be prepared respond quickly effectively emergency situations involving pump systems Engage in continuous learning training enhance pump operation maintenance skills Monitor adjust pump operations meet required quality standards optimize performance Employ strong problem-solving skills address resolve operational challenges efficiently Routine maintenance would extend tanks head exchangers Freeze protection protocols within scope job
