Description
Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Clinical SAS Programmer Manager with experience in statistical programming and quantitative sciences.In this role, you will utilize your skills in SAS software programming to create datasets, tables, listings, figures, and outputs as per programming specs, Statistical Analysis Plan, and other study-related documentation.
You will also use your knowledge of therapeutic indications and clinical trial processes to analyze and QC datasets/outputs, and to create/write programs as per regulatory requirements.
As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects, recommending strategic decisions impacting the statistical programming function and writing study-specific macros.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including statisticians, safety teams, clinical operations, data managers, and clinical researchers, providing support for clinical studies as needed.
This position offers the opportunity to work remotely up to 100% from anywhere in the U.S.Requirements for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field plus 6 years of related experience
Expertise in clinical SAS Programming Skills utilizing BASE, STAT, GRAPH, MACRO software
Knowledge of therapeutic indications, clinical phases and clinical trial processes, CDISC standards and eCRT package, as well as SDTM datasets/ADaM datasets and ADRG/SDRG
Ability to lead clinical study-level programming ensuring quality and on-time delivery of the project, as well as recommend strategic decisions that impact the statistical programming function and write study-specific macros.
