    Job Description:

    We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care in Charlottesville, VA.

    Our patient needs range from infants to young adults, with part-time to full-time opportunities available for day or night shifts.

    About the Role:

    • Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
    • Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
    • Ongoing clinical training and opportunities for growth and development

    Requirements:

    • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
    • Current CPR certification

    • Competitive hourly rates: $25-$29 for LPNs and $35-$39 for RNs
