As the Construction Project Manager at AMSYS, you'll be the primary liaison for large-scale construction projects, specializing in AMSYS Connected Buildings offerings. Your role encompasses overseeing various building automation, integrated automation, structured cabling systems, and other related technologies for projects such as hospitals, MOBs, hotels, and entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for project teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders, including owners, IT departments, clinical engineering departments, AV departments, design/construction departments, hospital administration, program managers, consulting engineers, and construction managers.
2. Design Support: Assist consulting engineers by providing plan markups and device populations at different design phases. Conduct take-offs of plans containing IT devices and organize data for cost estimation and operational hand-offs.
3. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal AMSYS departments such as Audio Visual and LAN Hardware to ensure seamless integration of technologies within projects.
4. Third-Party Engagement: Work with external partners, vendors, integrators, and suppliers during pre-construction and design-assist activities, including activities like layout planning with Eller Tech for peripherals or RF Technologies for infant protection.
5. Estimation and Budgeting: Maintain master estimate worksheets, consolidating third-party costs and self-perform expenses throughout the pre-construction period.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Lead Microsoft Teams calls with owner-stakeholder team members to review drawings, designs, and project progress. Facilitate smooth hand-offs to AMSYS operations teams for project implementation.
7. Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to AMSYS operations teams post-handoff, assisting with any unresolved issues or scope developments.
8. Team Management: Initially function as a self-performer while overseeing future team expansions as the company grows.
