    Mental Health Therapist - At Risk Youth

    We offer clinical supervision

    Salary: $60,000 - $70,000.

    Responsibilities
    Are you passionate, self-motivated, and committed about sharing your clinical skills and knowledge with a dynamic team? We deliver an array of services by modeling activities that help to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and families.
    • Help guide children we serve to their fullest potential.
    • Conduct individual youth, group and family therapy sessions face to face.
    • Support the development and implementation of service plans.
    • Compose treatment plans and encourage engagement in various therapies.
    • Organize and lead treatment meetings through active participation.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies.
    • Integrate whole person care through a strength-based lens.

    Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree in human services field required.
    • Licensed - New Jersey Issued LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC required.
    • Valid driver's license in good standing.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport.
    • Active listening skills with a focus on empathy and guidance.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • A reliable, responsible, solution-focused attitude and a compassionate approach to whole health care.
    • A commitment to quality in everything you do.
