    Dermatology Partners is the premiere independent Dermatology Group in the Mid-Atlantic with 32 offices in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and growing.

    The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences and support our overall growth strategy.

    Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this role is essential for driving our digital narrative and engagement and supporting our growth in B2B and B2C efforts.

    This role not only offers immediate responsibilities but also serves as a platform for an individual who is eager to take on new challenges and grow within the marketing organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to execute the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Drive the implementation of innovative marketing strategies and social media initiatives aimed at bolstering engagement, amplifying brand awareness, and augmenting website traffic.
    • Contribute to both B2B and B2C endeavors by conducting thorough research and monitoring outreach referral sources within the medical community to establish and strengthen referral networks.
    • Identify and orchestrate publicity opportunities, community events, corporate conferences, trade shows, and advertising endeavors to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
    • Manage and optimize the online reputation of the company by overseeing online reviews and feedback across various platforms.
    • Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team, assisting in operational tasks and campaign management to ensure the efficiency and efficacy of both internal and external communications.
    • Liaise closely with internal departments to address marketing and communications requirements for existing offices, acquisitions, and new office openings.
    • Supervise the design process of company promotional materials, including signage, business/rack cards, and flyers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
    • Foster collaboration with internal teams to seamlessly integrate content marketing initiatives into broader marketing and organizational strategies.
    • Aid the VP of Growth & Business Development by conducting market research and maintaining up-to-date databases to inform strategic decision-making processes.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
    • 2+ years of Marketing experience.
    • Advanced proficiency in online strategy encompassing social media management, mobile media optimization, digital campaign orchestration, SEO implementation, and strategic content distribution.
    • Exemplary communication, organizational, and project management acumen underscored by meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in execution.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a relentless focus on achieving measurable results and driving business objectives.
    • Proven aptitude for collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams, adeptly navigating diverse projects and engaging with various stakeholders.
    • Exceptional adaptability and flexibility, adept at thriving within dynamic and fast-paced environments, swiftly responding to evolving priorities and challenges.
    • Superior analytical capabilities, adept at evaluating ROI and key performance metrics, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making processes and optimize outcomes.
