    Restoration Company in Gardena, CA is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team

    Responsibilities

    As a Business Development Manager, you collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute a successful sales strategy that grows a local book of business and provides customized solutions for clients.

    • You identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers while staying up to date with industry trends and regulations
    • Your dynamic personality leaves a lasting impression as you promote brand awareness and generate leads by attending conferences, tradeshows, and other events
    • You have a genuine desire to address the ever-changing needs of clients, so you assist in creating strategies to improve efficiency, provide outstanding customer service, and offer innovative solutions
    • In partnership with Operations and other departments, you effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing to expand our customer base
    • Your ability to build relationships with internal and external teams results in a pipeline of new business opportunities and revenue growth through short/long-term sales cycles
    • Utilize marketing technology software to upload CRM contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
    • Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
    Qualifications
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably with solution-based sales experience (Preferred)
    • Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization, from reception to facilities/safety to C-Suite
    • Collaborative team player with a "We before Me" mindset
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Valid driver's license required
