    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Sanitary and safe handling of food and equipment.

    Carefully follows direction and serves only food specified on modified diet, adhering to mealtime schedules, meeting deadlines, and serving food at proper temperatures.

    Uses correct sanitizing procedures in all aspects of food service. Completes assigned food preparation tasks. Ensures safe and timely provision of services to meet the needs of patients. Demonstrates both patient and customer advocacy which assure customers right to privacy, safety and confidentiality. Participates in ware washing and cleaning as assigned.
