    Job Title: Planner Scheduler

    Shift: 1st Shift Mon – Fri

    Comp: $19 - 23/HR

    Job Summary:

    Planned and scheduled daily and long-term work for site-based facility maintenance teams using CMMS and associated software programs. Perform administrative duties as assigned by the site manager.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Receives and schedules work orders from the EMCOR Customer Service Center (ECSC) and on-site personnel, enters missing data, and/or modifies as necessary to ensure correctness

    Interfaces with the customer (if necessary) to clarify the scope of work requested, follows up with the status as required

    Creates schedule and dispatches to applicable team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

    Generates and dispatches weekly and monthly PMs, and tracks progress throughout the month to ensure

    compliance

    Maintains work order logs for monthly reports, making changes as necessary to ensure correctness

    Generates metrics (graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.) using applicable software as deemed necessary by the site manager

    Processes daily time sheets for the team and ensures correctness

    Assists in procuring material and services including issuing and maintaining POs and invoices

    Schedules and maintains safety matrix for team members

    Maintains filing system ensuring proper record-keeping

    Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by the site manager

    Qualifications:

    Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.) Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Technical Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, and area,

    Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

    COMPUTER TRAINING:

    To perform this job successfully an individual should know General Computer usage,

    CMMS Data Software; MS Office Software with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook, and

    Power Point.
