    Job title: Associate Senior Project Manager

    Estimated duration: 12 months


    Location:
    USA - Marlborough Results Way (Hybrid) - Hybrid would be acceptable, 100% remote is not acceptable as there is a need to meet w/ team on site in MBO as well a travel to supplier(s)

    Projects in scope of assignment: New Product Development (NPD) & Sustaining (Product Care) for Single-Use Disposable products.


    ccountabilities:

    • Responsible for leading projects with full independence, providing guidance on project strategy and execution to cross-functional team, ensure collaboration and alignment with global large-scale projects.
    • Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including project scope, plan, budget, resource and risk management, problem solving, team and organizational communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for the projects.
    • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure the projects are run within the defined constraints of scope, budget and timelines, adhering to the required quality standards and functional procedures. Establish and practice project controls/governance/standards.
    • Evaluate planning and technical risk, take decisions and ensure countermeasures are in place to enable the execution of the project plans on time.
    • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across different locations to proactively anticipate challenges, coordinate project timelines, and facilitate decision making.
    • Communicate across functional departments, and provide periodic stakeholder communications, and escalate concerns and issues as necessary.

    Skills & Experiences required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering discipline (mechanics, plastics, systems, industrial, biomedical, or related discipline).
    • 5+ years project leadership/management experience within product development, manufacturing or research environment, preferable in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while satisfying quality and performance requirements.
    • Proficient in project management principles and tools. Professional Project Management certification is an asset (e.g., PMI).
    • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication in a matrix organization, and to collaborate with diverse and global cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated experience of working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver results. Customer focus and results driven.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Action oriented.
    • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Situational adaptability.
    • Familiarity and experience of FDA, ISO regulations and guidelines.
    • Fluent in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
