    Responsibilities

    St.

    Joseph Medical Center is looking for a full time, day shift Physical Therapist to be a part of our growing Acute Rehab Team.


    As our new Physical Therapist I, you will:
    * provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services, within scope of practice, in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders
    * perform responsibilities in accordance with department and hospital policies, state, federal and regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements
    * function according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team

    Qualifications


    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate Degree in Physical Therapy
    * current state Physical Therapy license, or application to MO licensure in progress
    * current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
    * one year of experience, preferred but not required
