Job Summary:

Responsible for providing technical support for Clinical and Business systems, including system implementations, upgrades, monitoring, maintenance, and security patching to ensure stable and reliable operations.
Investigates and analyzes system issues, and provides escalation support to Clinical and Business Systems Analysts and Information Systems division teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Information Systems. Alternatively, a high school diploma and four (4) years of relevant work experience may be considered.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as required.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a system engineer supporting clinical and business systems in a large hospital.
Participation in the 24/7/365 on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with commonly used Office applications and tools.
Extensive technical knowledge of various software applications, computer operating systems, database applications, and server hardware.
Familiarity with the patient care environment either through professional background or experience.
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a knack for research and problem-solving.
