Description

I am currently working with the managing partner of a leading boutique law firm in Denver, who are actively looking to recruit a senior commercial litigation attorney/partner to join their growing group.

Responsibilities:

This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex commercial litigation cases.
Handle fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations.
Assist in the development and growth of the firm's litigation group - including networking and client development.
Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Colorado state bar.
Min of 8+ years of litigation experience.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Strong business development skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Portable business is required.
