Responsibilities:
The PeopleSoft HCM Functional Senior Analyst will support Barrow Wise's Maryland Judiciary project, and perform the following duties:
Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
Define and capture business requirements.
Provide design, development, testing, and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
Provide 2nd tier production support.
Perform system configuration and testing.
Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Work onsite 2 days a week.
An ideal candidate has the following:
U.S. Citizenship
Submit three supervisory references with your resume.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred:
Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal
in a development or functional consultant role.
Preferred:
Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred:
Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and testing and/or PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
Preferred:
Expert-level knowledge in SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, and REST-based webservers
Preferred:
Ability to provide expert customer service.
