We seek a licensed or pre-licensed clinician for a full-time IOP position at our Memphis, Tennessee, location.

The IOP clinician will enjoy working within a highly collaborative environment, leading process and psychoeducational groups, completing assessments, providing individual therapy and case management, and the opportunity for family sessions.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Master's degree in counseling for pre-licensed candidates.
• Experience with Dual Diagnosis & Alcohol/Drug Issues
• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure in Tennessee for fully licensed candidates.
• Pre-licensed counseling candidates with at least one year of clinical experience/internship for pre-licensed candidates.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Commit to at least one year of employment
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents
• Experience with health psychology
