- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction; day-to-day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relative to price, availability, and lead times.
- Assisting customers with product information, use and applications, as well as technical specification information.
- Accepting and preparing orders, maintaining order files, satisfying requests for order follow-up, and expediting and tracing shipments.
- Collaborate daily with sales and operations teams to meet or exceed customer expectations; coordinating with various functional teams within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Proactively communicate status to customers throughout the order cycle; process orders quickly and with accuracy; manage online ordering and customer response; place and cancel orders.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
