Are you a motivated and skilled Junior Mold Maker seeking a new opportunity to enhance your expertise? If so, we have the perfect role for you We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Junior Mold Maker to join our team and assist in the fabrication and repair of molds and components.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate all types of mold fabricating equipment
• Read and interpret mold drawings to ensure accuracy and precision
• Make, alter, and repair molds and components of complex design
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble injection molds to maintain optimal performance
• Determine which mold components need repair or replacement to ensure proper gating, venting, and cooling of molds
• Polish mold component finishes as required to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine mold repairs and fabricate mold components via established methods
• Performs development work, fitting and adjusting of mold components to maintain proper dimensional tolerances.
• Fit and adjust mold components to maintain proper dimensional tolerances
• Assist more experienced Mold Makers on large and complicated multi-cavity molds
• Observe all safety and environmental procedures and QSR's
• Help keep Hoist inspected

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.
• Vocational/Technical School training or education in Machining or Tool & Die preferred
• Minimum of 3 years Machinist or Tool & Die experience
• EDM proficiency preferred
• Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts. 7pm - 7am
