    *JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

    *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Receive IB Paperwork and print off customer copies and staple with original paperwork
    • Write CDS number on all paperwork copies
    • Stamp driver paperwork and customers paperwork
    • Manually update location and pallet count under every order in the notes section
    • Audit all orders that are scheduled and put them in filing for day of the month
    • Prepare driver manifests with paperwork for the next morning
    • Monitor Driver Manifest Status calling customers of late arrivals and updating time frames in the system while ensuring drivers are performing precall function.
    • Reporting attempts and multiple floors
    • Image Blurry PODs following morning
    • OSD Reporting
    *JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
    • Experience interacting face to face with clients
    • Clear and professional communication skills
    • Experience answering phone calls
    • Able to adapt into a fast work environment
