Description

Anoka County is seeking a Seasonal Gatehouse Attendant to provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times, answering questions, directing them through the facilities, and elevating any concerns as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Portray a positive and professional image of the Parks Department while performing duties.
• Effectively sell permits and communicate park/facility information to customers.
• Complete routine daily reports and accounting procedures in a legible and accurate fashion.

The ideal candidate will have previous cash handling experience, customer service experience, be able to pass a criminal history background check, be at least 16 years old by date of application. The seasonal position requires working varying hours including days evenings weekends holidays for 25-40 hours per week with occasional extended hours on weekends or holidays as required.
