    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing any necessary assistance along the way.
    • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
    • Take orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the POS system and ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
    • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to Maü Miami's standards of presentation and quality.
    • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
    • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, such as refilling beverages, clearing empty plates, and providing additional condiments or utensils.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service operations and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
    • Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
    • Uphold Maü Miami's standards of professionalism, hospitality, and cleanliness at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end dining establishment.
    • Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail selections.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
