    Are you looking to leave work and think, that was FUN? Then look no further and come join our team at Florida OMFS. We are looking for like-minded people to join our group practice whose vision is to create beautiful smiles while creating lasting impressions, and touching patients' hearts.

    No experience, no problem. We are a teaching Oral Surgery practice, and pride ourselves on our intuitive training protocol. We are looking for GREAT PERSONALITIES, TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY, and someone with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer and manage incoming calls.
    • Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols.
    • Ensure cancellations are filled.
    • Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system.
    • Maintain and manage patient records.
    • Treatment planning
    • Check-in/Check out
    Minimum Education and Experience:
    • High school or equivalent (Required).
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word
    • Possess an understanding of Dental Insurance
    • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus.
    • 1-year Dental experience is required; treatment planning/insurance experience strongly preferred.
    • Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
    • A GREAT PERSONALITY
