    Job Summary
    Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. The BCBA will play a critical role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals and we are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of ABA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
    • Provide direct supervision and oversight to behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in home, school, and community settings.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of behavioral interventions across environments.
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
    • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and other evidence-based practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the State.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention plan (BIP) development.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders.
    • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, including adherence to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
