- Pay range:Up to $40based on experience.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Provide direct supervision and oversight to behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in home, school, and community settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of behavioral interventions across environments.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and other evidence-based practices.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the State.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention plan (BIP) development.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, including adherence to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
