We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Patient Intake Coordinator to support our patients in understanding the benefits of medication, TMS, and Ketamine. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills and be able to conduct assessments in a conversational manner.

• Gather, review, and verify patient information for accurate care coordination.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment options and provide coaching support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Previous Experience with Computer-Based Information Systems
• Multitasking and Resilience in Fast-Paced Environments
• Minimum 2 Years of Full-Time Customer Service Experience
