Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, hard working individual to join our quick growing online plant company. This specific role will cover answering customer concerns across all online platforms, managing order shipment and packing orders if time permits.

Responsibilities:

*Answering all customer service messages on all online platforms.

*Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack houseplants for shipping to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition to our customers.

*Quality Control: Inspect plants for quality and ensure they meet our standards before shipping.*Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and organizing plant stock to fulfill orders promptly.

*Helping manage inventory to ensure speedy fulfillment and reduce delays.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills.- Reliable and responsible.
