    Job Title: Personal Injury Practice Support Counsel/Bankruptcy/Probate Court approvals

    We are seeking a LICENSED attorney with experience in obtaining approval of personal injury settlements in probate courts and bankruptcy courts to support our high-volume personal injury practice.

    The role will focus on protecting settlements, securing required court approvals, and ensuring compliance when bankruptcy or probate issues arise within active personal injury cases.

    • Banking matters connected to injury clients:  Review intake and conduct PACER searches. Advise attorneys on disclosure obligations and risks. Prepare motions to approve compromise/settlement. 
    • Probate and estate matters arising from injury cases:  Assist families of deceased clients establish an estate. Coordinate allocation between wrongful death proceeds and estate claims. 

    Requirements: Licenses&Qualifications: 
    - Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
    - Admitted to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia
    - Experience filing petitions on behalf of injured claimants
