Job summary
Mark Thomas is hiring a Resident Engineer in the Red Bluff - Redding area. The Construction Management (CM) Resident Engineer (RE) uses their engineering judgment and experience to evaluate project construction in compliance with the plans, specifications, standard plans, and standard specifications.
The RE is an authorized representative of the CM Manager and/or the client representative and will exercise authority to the level assigned on a project by project basis.
The Resident Engineer has full authority in matters of safety related to imminent hazard or danger.
