    Ann Health and Rehab is seeking for an experience Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and manage our 50-Bed long term care facility in Milwaukee, WI.

    As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and financial planning of the community.

    As well as implementing strategic programs that focuses on the care and quality of life for our residents and staff.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Healthcare AdministrationLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of WI2+ years of experience in Long Term Care or similar setting Familiar with the Federal and state Regulations and requirements for long term careStrong communications skillsAbility to work in a diverse group of populationBecome a part of a Team that enthusiastically supports, recognizes and rewards our team of caring professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those entrusted to our care
