Responsibilities
- Servir como punto de contacto principal para distribuidores clave.
- Construir relaciones ejecutivas con distribuidores para asegurar salud, alineación y objetivos compartidos.
Qualifications
- Tener 7+ años de experiencia en ventas B2B, gestión de canales o liderazgo en distribución en productos consumibles, limpieza o higiene.
- Tener un buen entendimiento del modelo indirecto sales e economía del canal.
- Haber tenido éxito al manejar relaciones multimillonarias con distribuidores.
- Tener habilidades excelentes para negociar y comunicarse,pudiendo influir a múltiples niveles.
- Tener un alto nivel organizacional, datos-driveny tener experiencia con plataformas CRM (HubSpot preferida).
